CoffeePik (“Pik”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to providing you with the highest levels of customer service and to protecting your privacy. We have set out a number of principles concerning the protection of your personal information
CoffeePik is a wholly owned Coffeepik, and is responsible for the CoffeePik pre-order and pay application and websites.
What personal information do we collect?
The personal information we collect and store may include your name, birth date, current and previous addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Shop-related informations for using our application and websites (including which pages you have visited and what you have clicked on), For verification of shop we would like to have any of your proof like driving license or any id and trade license of shop to verify shop ownership . For debugging purposes we would like to know more details of device and connection you are using for the app, your CoffeePik user name and password, and (depending on the service). We also hold details of your CoffeePik orders, as well as certain details about your personal interests. ‘All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties’’.‘’ CoffeePik will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties’’

CoffeePik applications may collect information about your location in order to assist us in fulfilling orders placed via the application or website and in order to tailor CoffeePik`s services to you. You may choose to opt out of having CoffeePik collect information about your location by turning off the location services feature on your mobile device. However, this may result in CoffeePik being unable to provide you with the service (or all parts of the service) offered through the application.
How do we collect personal information?
We collect personal information in a number of ways, including:
Directly from you through our application, websites, via application forms
From other parties (such as your representatives, social media sites, our related companies);
From publicly available sources;
From our own records of when you visit us online or where we have an online presence, (such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter); and
When we are required by law.
This is not an exhaustive list of information we may collect or store as it may depend on the service or product being offered. If you don’t provide us with this information, unfortunately we may not be able to provide you with the service you require.
We usually collect personal information directly from you although sometimes we may use agents or service providers to do this for us. We may also get lists and business information that include personal information from other sources, both from other companies and from other public documents.
How do we use your personal information?
Your personal information may be used to:
Verify your identity;
Provide our services;
Conduct credit checks and to help prevent fraud;
Perform research and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies;

If you do not want CoffeePik to contact you to promote and market our products, services and special offers to you, please email at email@example.com. If you’ve subscribed to receive specific emails or SMS/MMS from us, you’ll continue receiving them unless you unsubscribe by following the instructions in these messages to cancel your subscription. You may also be able to update your marketing preferences via our application. Sometimes we may send you notifications via the application. If you do not want to receive these, turn off notifications via your mobile device.
When do we disclose your personal information?
We may disclose your personal information to other organisations, but we’ll only do this in relation to us providing our services to you or as otherwise set out in this policy. We take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of your personal information and to protect it from unauthorised disclosures.‘’ CoffeePik is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.’’
Coffee Pik has processes in place that require organisations to adhere to confidentiality obligations to protect your personal information.
These organisations may be based locally or overseas. They may carry out functions for us such as:
Fulfilling your orders;
Billing and debt-recovery functions;
Information technology services;
Data verification services;
Marketing, telemarketing and sales services;
In addition, we may disclose your personal information to:
Credit-reporting and fraud-prevention organisations;
Credit providers (for credit related purposes);
Our professional advisers;
Government, regulatory authorities and other organisations, as required by law;
Organisations who manage our business and corporate strategies, including those involved in a transfer/sale of all or part of our assets or business and those involved in managing our corporate risk and funding functions;
When we share your information with a third party, we will require that the third party only use, store and disclose your information in a way that is consistent with this policy.
About our application, websites, IP addresses and ‘cookies’
When you visit our application or websites, our web servers record anonymous information such as the time, date, device and URL of the request. This information assists us to improve the structure of our websites and monitor their performance. Sometimes we also use third parties to analyse this information.“The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted”.
Once the payment is made in our application, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client in the app and can anytime see their order details ,download or email the orders anytime
Customer can cancel their order before they have collected the item. refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
CoffeePik may use third parties to analyse usage statistics. Such analysis is performed using data collected from our websites and applications. This helps us to personalise and tailor our services to you.
Coffee Pik may disclose your personal information to social media platforms, such as Facebook, in order to serve you and others like you, targeted advertising on these platforms. If you wish to opt out of this advertising, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. CoffeePik may also include digital advertising on its application or websites. To make this advertising more relevant to you, we or our third party advertising companies may collect and use information about visits to our site and to other sites made using your computer or device.
How accurate is your information?
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and up to date. However, the accuracy of that information largely depends on the details you give us. Please let us know if there are any errors and keep us up to date with any changes. You can do this via the ‘Edit Profile’ tab of the application.
Access to your personal information and privacy complaints
We take the protection of your privacy very seriously. So if you have any concerns, or you think your personal information is inaccurate or has been handled in a way that doesn’t comply .please send an e-mail to email@example.com. We’ll investigate and respond in writing within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
